A day that’s made for sweethearts is Valentine’s Day.
So if you don’t have a sweetheart, you will be dismayed.
Husbands like to buy something special for their wives.
Wives aren’t always excited about what their husbands buy.
Some wives like candy; some others may want a ring.
Some are just satisfied with whatever their husbands bring.
Some wives like flowers; some are happy with just a card.
As long as the card says what is in her husband’s heart.
Some wives like to be taken somewhere nice to dine.
Some wives may be content just to be together all night.
Wives also want to do something special for their man.
But sometimes it’s a little harder to figure out a plan.
Husbands usually don’t want flowers, candy or a ring.
Maybe they won’t be happy with anything their wives bring.
Sometimes it’s just easier to find that special card.
That tells him the true feelings that are in your heart.
So if you have a sweetheart, don’t forget Valentine’s Day.
Show your sweetheart that you love them in a special way.
But don’t let a day go by that you don’t say, “I love you.”
For you never know when their time on earth is through.
