Dear Christian Husband,
This is an appeal. This is an honest plea. This is a petition, a prayer, and a beseeching entreaty. I believe this will change your life, your marriage, your church and ultimately change your town, city and country.
You think, what in the world, could it possibly be?
Very simply to pray and have a devotional time with your wife, daily. I am convinced that 99% of Christian homes do not have a family altar time together. Your wife absolutely craves this from you. Many wives are just dumbfounded on why this does not happen. Do you know how great your wife who feel, if you said to her, “Honey, heh, I want to tell you what the Lord showed me in the Scriptures today!” Or, “Honey, I want to start reading the Psalms together before we go to bed each night.” Or, “Honey, let’s read one Proverb in the morning to start our day out right, what do you think?” Or “Honey, I want to pray with you before I go to work.” Do you know what that will do for your wife and marriage? It would revolutionize it! You have put Christ in the middle of it!
Maybe, you’re thinking, it’s too late to start something like that. What? It’s never too late to grow your marriage and change bad habits into good habits!
I pray that the convicting power of the Holy Spirit would consistently remind you to do this! I pray that God will use this to change our homes, our churches and our country. That relies on you, the Christian husband.

Hi, I read this with a yearning. I do not understand my husband of 40 yrs. Could there be believers ...whose fruit, some of it, falls by the wayside... because none of those wonderful things are ever said here. I will need a miracle, because there doesn't seem to be a kindred spirit voiced in our home. Rather, if I share it is somehow carried into a negative rhelm. Very tiring. Sigh. However, I continue on in hope.
Thanks for sharing your article.
A family who prays together - stays together!!! Husbands and wives must pray together on a daily basis. The Holy Bible says: 'Can two work together unless they are in agreement?'... and 'Two are better than one!!!!' Thank you for reminding us husbands in your good article their main role in the house (prayer and sharing the Word), everyday!! Thanks!
