I certainly don't deserve it, But, I don't want to turn it away. There's got to be a catch to this. Gifts like this are rare. What is expected in return? Is there something I must share? This special gift astounds me And I try to comprehend The generosity of the giver - What a gift he chose to send! I find myself still struggling To know how to reply. God sent His Son to save ME So I would never die! Words seem much too simple. My joy they don't express. I search deep within my heart To find a response that's best. Now, it's becoming clearer - Acceptance is the key. I thank you, God, sincerely For your special gift to me.
