Moses or Aaron?
For the Christian believer ... one of two things is going to happen.
Either I am going to be conformed into the image of Jesus by allowing the word of God that is spoken in the presence of the lord to change me, or I am going to conform Jesus into the image of what my heart dictates.
IF I go to the mountain like Moses and meet with god, I change.
IF I stay at the foot of the mountain like Aaron, gods image in me changes.
The big question is this...Is the Jesus I serve the One seated at the right hand of god on High, or is he a different Jesus, who has been shaped by the ways and desires of the society i live in.
What is my image of Jesus?
This thought made me think and re look at myself and what I do and how I act...and just what I see when I look at jesus...
I want to see Jesus, as he really is not in a comfortable package that I can accept...
