A future for both to be…
Hidden truths in our closets,
Only until later would we see…
Early in our journey,
We gave of each other ourselves…
Hugs, kisses, physical intimacy,
Expressions never placed on a shelf…
Two formed as one,
Children soon came to be…
Let’s not forget those expressions,
God granted you and me…
The one thing we missed,
As we shared in each others love…
Walking our steps down God’s laden path,
Living our direction from above…
Today, God’s in our life,
Our gratitude others now see…
The beauty of our relationship,
A gift God meant to be!
