A voice in Ramah is heard
weeping for children that are no more
Who can console you?
Nothing will ease your pain
A voice in the U.S. is heard
She's crying out to her God and Lord
The anguish of my soul
I cannot let go of them
Deep in the darkness
a voice speaking promise
says,
Refrain from weeping restrain your eyes from tears, they will come home
A voice in Texas is heard
I'm holding onto every written word
In my God I found peace
His promises I will hold and I will keep
