Father almighty in heaven above
Forgive my humanity and bless me with love
I really want to change but where do I start
Perhaps with a prayer coming from the heart
I want to praise from the depth of my soul
So I can serve you the best way that I know
Bless me lord and forgive all my sinning
This for me is a brand new beginning
I’ve had enough of earth now I’m searching for heaven
And I hope to find it through constant repenting
It’s hard being a man
Harder being a woman
But all the same it’s just hard being human
It takes a lot of work to make it in this world
But all we need is faith to escape going to hell
It feels so good to declare to you Lord
That all I want to do is say a prayer to you Lord
I pray that you guide me and light my path
You lead I’ll follow and I won’t turn back
In the name of the father , the son and the holy spirit that guides me everyday
In this dark world you light up my way
Lord Jesus Christ have mercy please
Deliver me from evil and grant me peace
Father almighty we bow before thee
We ask for forgiveness in search of happiness
Sing hallelujah cause you are my savior
Lord have mercy and hear my prayer.
