In life we often wander off astray
and loose the focus point of our life.
Before we know it, it's often too late,
and we've dabbled in the evil pleasures
of this world.
But even in the den of iniquity,
where the powers of darkness think
we are trapped; we often hear a still
clear voice calling us right back
to the flock.
Turning back in obedience is the best
thing to do, to put things right with
Our Good Shepherd, the Lord.
For no matter how far we think we have strayed;
He's always ready to welcome us back home to stay.
The Good Shepherd knows us and we know His voice!
