I’ll Intercede
Is your day filled with sorrow
And your night stained with tears?
As you wait for tommorow,
Are you scared as it nears?
When you awake is there only
Yourself, and no one around?
Are you once again oh, so lonely
As you stare away at the ground?
Is there no one to cheer you?
Are your friends far away?
Can no loved ones be near you
To hear what you’d say?
Then for you to My Father I’ll go,
And today I will intercede,
That He will His comfort show.
On your behalf I will plead.
For the Father, I know truly cares
When that plea to Him I make known.
He will answer my simple prayers
A harvest will be where I’ve sown.
