A man of honor is very difficult to find,
For he is a rare specimen--he is one of a kind.
He is honest, strong, brave--just to name a few things.
He has pride in himself--carries himself like a king.
When he opens his mouth, true knowledge he imparts;
As a leader of mankind, he performs his part.
In the worth of his potential, he strongly believes;
He knows that nothing exists that he cannot achieve.
He is unafraid to be gentle and give his love,
For these are the qualities that a real man is made of.
He knows how to treat a woman with complete respect;
He would never hurt her--only cherish and protect.
His wife has no concern about his fidelity,
For he's a man of his word--he has integrity.
His rightful place as head, he knows how to claim;
To be what God wants him to be is his aim.
From responsibility, he fails ever to run,
For providing for his family is number one.
His children look up to him as example and guide;
His wife is glad that she decided to be his bride.
Who can find an honorable man? His price is high,
But waiting for him to come along is worth the try.

THAT, my dear sister, is why I'm still single. (because an honorable man is hard to find) But I think he'll be more than worth it... so I wait. Unfortunately, sometimes I don't wait nearly as patiently as I'd like people to think I do. :::wink:::
