He is with you so rely on Him. There is no better friend or family member than your closest Relative and this dear God. Let’s go to:
Psalms 16:4 “Their sorrows shall be multiplied [that] hasten [after] another [god]: their drink offerings of blood will I not offer, nor take up their names into my lips.”
sorrows (Strong’s 6094) idol, pain or wound; (from Strong’s 6087) to carve, fashion, worry or pain;
multiplied (Strong’s 7235) to increase or enlarge;
hasten (Strong’s 4116) to be liquid or flow easily or promptly;
another (Strong’s 312) to hinder, next or other; (from Strong’s 309) be behind, procrastinate, loiter or defer;
god (Strong’s 410) god or idol;
drink (Strong’s 5262) a libation, cast idol, drink offering or molten image;
offerings (Strong’s 4503) to apportion, to bestow (present as a gift), tribute or gift;
blood (Strong’s 1818) bloodshed (as blood shed causes death);
offer (Strong’s 5258) to pour out, especially a libation, or to cast (metal); to anoint a king:--cover, melt, offer, (cause to) pour out or set up
take (Strong’s 5375) to life, marry or regard;
names (Strong’s 8034) appellation, mark or memorial of individuality, honor, authority or character;
lips (Strong’s 8193) language, lip, talk or vain words.
So do not take things of this world as something worth worrying about because nothing here is permanent. The only constant is the love that you share with dear God and the others I your life. Even if you hear empty words spoken by close people to you, know that is just the enemy’s way of getting between you and what you need to accomplish here.
Get into the Word and know Him better by really understanding that love letter that He wrote out for you so you can see Him more clearly in this walk here. Know that He is Permanent and the Word is the Living Word of what He needs from you and expects of you. First of all, you need to have some understanding of His Plan of Love so get into the Word and make an effort. He will help you out especially if you are really attempting to get to know Him. Just like any relationship, the more intimate you are with dear God, the more intimate He will be with you.
Talk with Him openly about the Word and how you can better serve Him with the gifts that He has given you. You are made uniquely for a purpose only He knows so ask Him how you can be a blessing and used in His Plan to those around you. Focus on Him, though, and not on anyone else – even yourself and you will be better off.
Finally, He is with you so rely on Him. That is exactly what He wants you to do and the enemy knows that. So run to Him when you think you have it all figured out and thank Him for the knowledge that He gives you and shares with you so you can help those around you. Most of all tell Him how much you love Him and make His Day.
