Just before shadows stir,
Pearls of light
Put their dance on hold,
Melodies of mocking birds
Stay frozen on their tongues,
Crows stand waiting
On the rim of dawn,
Even early breezes
hold their breath.
And so I sing,
“Praise be to God!”
The universe erupts in song,
Carries our praise
To the heart of God.

Your poems, and I have read several, give a feeling of comfort and the nearness of God. Morning Praise is like the dew on the ground, refreshing!
A beautiful tribute to our God. Blessings, Sharon
