Think about this: If God expected we would no longer sin once we accepted Jesus as our Savior, there would be no need to remove us from under the law's condemnation and place us under grace.
For sin will have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace. Rom 6:14
The truth is God knew we would still sin and while sin is always wrong, He chose to place us under grace where our future sins would no longer be counted against us. This is because apart from the law, sin is not counted.
To be sure, sin was in the world before the law was given, but sin is not charged against anyone’s account where there is no law. Rom 5:13
Why would God do this? I believe much it has to do with the just nature of God. We were made sinners by Adams disobedience apart from any choice of our own. If as a man I see the injustice in this fact, how much more must God see it as unjust.
Therefore, as one trespass (Adam’s) led to condemnation for all men, so one act of righteousness (Jesus) leads to justification and life for all men. For as by the one man’s disobedience (Adam) the many were made sinners, so by the one man’s obedience (Jesus) the many will be made righteous. Rom 5:18-19
Adam was given one law and he broke it leading to condemnation for all men. The law is called a ministry of condemnation and death in the Bible.
For if there was glory in the ministry of condemnation, the ministry of righteousness must far exceed it in glory. 2 Cor 3:9
Now if the ministry of death, which was engraved in letters on stone,… 2 Cor 3:7
The Bible clearly tells us that those who are in Christ never come under condemnation.
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. John 3:17-18
There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death. Rom 8:1-2
The only way God could keep us from coming under condemnation after accepting Jesus is to remove us from under the one thing the Bible teaches that brings condemnation and empowers sin to bring death, the law.
The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. 1 Cor 15:56
because the Law brings wrath. And where there is no law, there is no transgression. Rom 4:15
Romans 6:14 tells us that sin will not have dominion over us because we are no longer under the law but under grace. To have dominion over someone means to have power over them as sin did us when we were under the law. Apart from the law, sin no longer has dominion over us.
Now does this mean we no longer sin when we do wrong? No. Our wrong actions are still sin but just like before the law of Moses was given, these sins are not counted against those under grace.
for sin indeed was in the world before the law was given, but sin is not counted where there is no law. Rom 5:13
Does God still want us to abide by the law? Yes. The law is holy, just and good. The law protects us from each other. The difference now is that when we break the law there is no condemnation. God wants us to do right not out of fear of punishment but out of love for him.
There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love. 1: John 4:18
Do the best you can to love others and thus truly fulfill the spirit of God’s law, but when you fail you need never fear condemnation, the only thing that brought condemnation was the law and today you are under grace and free.
Owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law. Rom 13:8
who has made us sufficient to be ministers of a new covenant, not of the letter (Law) but of the Spirit (Grace). For the letter (Law) kills, but the Spirit (Grace) gives life. 2 Cor 3:6
But how will we stop sin in our live apart from the law? The Spirit of Grace will train us.
For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age Titus 2:11-12

However, many are born or baptized under the disciplines of John. This is the cutting edge of true Christianity is about. John the baptize ministry ended at his death, but his disciples were now to be under the ministry of Christ Jesus. As John the Baptist instructed: John answered them all, "I baptize you with water. But one who is more powerful than I will come, the straps of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. Luke 3:16 This is why the LORD said: Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. Matthew 5:17, so what does the presence of the LORD fulfill in those who receive Him? She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins." Matthew 1:21, He did not come for those who are righteous, but for the sinner. There also is a warning that He brought and these words we as Christians should always put in reference to the Law: "If anyone hears my words but does not keep them, I do not judge that person. For I did not come to judge the world, but to save the world. There is a judge for the one who rejects me and does not accept my words; the very words I have spoken will condemn them at the last day. John 12:48, So yes you can be placed back into condemnation, but not by mankind, but by the Holy Father. This is why the temptation of Christ is important to us, The things of condemnation are as follows: Food, wisdom, and worship. Christians are suppose to mean to the world, the anointed ones and those that follow the Spirit of Prophecy are the Prophets and the Law. So in the LORD prayer that we recite continually, it is written: 'Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven
Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.' For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins. Matthew 6:12-13 We are only justified through faith in the WORD of GOD and the Testimony of Christ Jesus who is LORD. Amen Blessings
