The following is an edited version, that was suggested to me, to make it easier to read. I welcome any more suggestions.

The humble He guides in justice, And the humble He teaches His way. Psalm 25:9

Because of your pride you:

rejected His Love
ignored His Words
would not learn
would not forgive
would not give unconditionally
kept what He gave you to give to others
put yourself above others
coveted more than your share
made slaves of His children
tried to take His Glory

Because you would not let go of your pride, He could not save you

Because of your pride there is now:

sickness and death
hunger and poverty
orphans and widows
selfishness and blasphemy
divorce and homeless
theft and destruction
killing and war

Because of what pride does, now all pride must be destroyed

Therefore, children of God, reject pride and hold onto the Love of God

Proverbs 13:10
By pride comes nothing but strife, But with the well-advised is wisdom.

Colossians 3
12 Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; 13bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. 14But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection. 15And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful. 16Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. 17And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.

Isaiah 54
13All your children shall be taught by the LORD,
And great shall be the peace of your children.
14In righteousness you shall be established;
You shall be far from oppression, for you shall not fear;
And from terror, for it shall not come near you.
