When sayings mock and slay the heart of one of the known to us as the "son of man".
Unjustly they acted and unjustly they tried.
By his loved ones too he was played and even mocked!
The people convicted him though innocent was he in life. Some thought that in some way they had done what the Lord would,when
his life they unjustly took.
Engulfed in the doctrine of men ,
their minds and hearts are full of sin.
Sayings slay , and accomplish no good,
a heart they have that is of no good.
Their actions slayed their only true hope,
for his favor they now seek and grope...
His blood poured out and cried ,
until he took his last breath and died.
Yet,through all the torture,pain and grief,
he loves them still, his death was for their own
salvation and Good!
Someday soon is what he thought,
they would turn and walk the way they should.
Realizing the gift that his life gave freely, he did
this for them to be saved, If only they would have faith
in him. Eternal life they would be given.
This "son of man" is our savior,Lord and provider,
lets look to him with faith, for he was slayed so that
we might have HOPE!!!!
