Poetry
I am not ignorant of those who are asleep,
No sorrow for ones with no hope to keep;
Believing that Jesus died and rose again,
Whoever sleeps in Jesus also to rise then;
For by the Word of the Lord we are alive,
Remain on earth until the Lord will arrive;
Those who are asleep He will not prevent,
In entering Heaven if they already repent;
The Lord shall descend starting to shout,
While hearing the archangel also cry out;
The trumpet will sound as the dead arise,
As the remainder look in awe as surprise;
Floating into the clouds to meet the Lord,
For escorting them back for their reward.
Such comfort in the Word if you are saved,
Being released from where been enslaved;
We shall be able to rise up in His grace,
To finally meet Jesus Christ face to face.
Music to my ears hearing a trumpet sound,
Knowing that finally being Heaven bound.
