I met him the other day
And nothing will ever be the same
Some think I am crazy because of how much Iíve changed
But they donít understand I was dead and he gave me life
I am no longer the same
Things I once aspired for and valued no longer matter
I thought those things would complete me
But only in him my fulfillment dwells
In him my hope lies
He knows every inch of me
Any and all good I do is because of him
He is my army of one
His words protect and guide me
He is my Calvary from heaven
I will love him all my days
I want to show him my gratitude
I commit my life to him
Do you know him?
If not, I have got to introduce you!
His name is Jesus!

Hi, I don't have a lot of time to review your stuff right now, but I do want to say how I like that your stuff sounds like prayer. I can almost feel that you were really putting in feeling to them. I love many of the concepts you portray (not just in this one, but in the other stuff you just posted).
I think they read a lot like that, but I haven't been the best judge of unrhymed poetry.
Either way, they are really nice, and I love how they talk to God and express one's desires to know Him closer.
