The following article is based on God's Holy inspired scripture (2 Peter 1:21) and is intended to be conveyed either as the content or through direct or indirect examination of scripture.
The concept that the message of this article may have different meanings in different contexts, may be closely related to one's knowledge, understanding, and perception, of the scriptures as given in (2 Timothy 3:16).
PRAYERS RECEIVED BY GOD
(VERTICAL EFFECT- PRAYERS GOING UP TO GOD, ONE AT A TIME)
(HORIZONTAL EFFECT- PRAYERS GOING UP TO GOD, ALL AT ONCE )
The vertical line (Geometry's Y Plane) goes straight up and down, parallel to the y- axis of the coordinate plane. The vertical line has no slope, as for a vertical line the slope is undefined. In other words, it's either up or down with no variance. To reach out in to prayer "Z, one would have to go through prayers "A" - to "Z". Thus, all prayers would not be heard at the same time.
The horizontal line ( Geometry's X Plane) goes left-to-right, parallel to the x-axis of the coordinate plane. The horizontal line has a slope. The slope can move to the right or left. All prayers, A thru Z could be sent or received at the same time, by simply moving either to the right or to the left. Thus, all prayers are heard at the same time.
(SEE ABOVE CHART)
"For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities-- all things have been created through Him and for Him." (Colossians 1:16)
Have you ever stopped to think how God hears all prayers at once ? This one doctrine alone is amazing, as the very Creator of the universe hears our prayers and answers them all at once. Why, even God knows us all by name. In fact the number of hairs on our head are numbered . (Matthew 10:30). You see, through our prayers we draw near to God and we come to know Christ and develop a relationship with Him (Philippians 1:21).
I ask you again, does the God of heaven hear all prayers at once, that are offered to Him in different languages at the same time ? Of course He does ! Because He is "the Almighty God"(Genesis 17:1), there is nothing that is too hard for Him (Genesis 18:14). He understands all languages, in which humans speak (Genesis 11:7-8), and all at the same time, instantly. And, yes, He can handle all the prayers that might be coming His way all at the same time! (Psalms 138:7-12)
First, from a secular mind-set, let us explore the hypocrisies of geometry. (which is the practice of professing beliefs, feelings, virtues, standards, qualities, opinions, behavior, motivations, or other characteristics that one does not in actual fact hold). In other words, from our human mind-set, geometry is the visual study of shapes, sizes, patterns, and positions. It occurs in all cultures, such as: navigating/star-gazing (How do I get from here to there, using maps ?) And geometry is described as having a vertical line ( Y plane) and a horizontal line (X plane), as explained above.
With this Geometry hypocrisies in mind, let us look at how this formula may play out in one of God's utmost divine doctrines, that of prayer. Mankind reaching out to God and God responding to our needs. (Notice I said needs not wants).
This universe of ours is an effect which requires an adequate cause, and the only sufficient cause is our "Living God" (Psalm 19:1). The universe not only proves a maker but also a designed (Romans 1:18-20). And this designed, God, not only created mankind, but is responsible for mankind's needs and concerns (Psalm 145:18), thus the remedy of prayer. You see, prayer is the only fellowship we now have with an unseen God (John 20:29), through His Holy Spirit, in the name of His Son (1 Timothy 2:8).
Thus, let us relate this unusual interesting geometry prayer theory, by means of the "Horizontal" - "Vertical" premise. I have deducted a very interesting secular "Coordinate Geometry" formula, using this supposition, demonstrating how God hears all prayers at once.
Before I continue, let me state that this scenario in no way demeans God's supreme authority to that of secular Physics (Romans 13:1). It's simply just a lay geometry fact paralleling God's divine eternal will for our lives (Hebrews 13:17). After all, did God not create the laws of physics (John 1:3) ?
I also realize, of course, God can, and did, causes numerous events to occur in effecting His eternal plan, including changing the laws of nature. God made the sun to go backwards (Isaiah 38:8), and the sun to stand still and the moon to stop (Joshua 10:13). Not to mention parting the water to allow the Jews to escape Pharaoh (Exodus 14:21).
With respect to geometry's , secular conjecture of prayer, horizontal and vertical planes are simply directions relative to some reference frame. Typically the reference frame in high school and early college physics is Earth's surface. In which case horizontal means parallel to Earth's surface and vertical means perpendicular to Earth's surface, with the coordinate plane being organized around two axes: the x-axis running horizontally, and the y-axis running vertically.
Now, are you totally bamboozled ? I hope not. Remember this is just a hypothesis, built austerely around a human secular mind-set, to help understand how God can and does hear all prayers at once.
One point to ponder. Should we, in our human finite minds, deduce that every prayer is acceptable to the Lord? We know God can hear all prayers, at one time, However, are all prayers acceptable to Him (Proverbs 28:9) ? This verse makes it clear that if out of fellowship with the Lord, then one should not expect the Lord to receive his prayer. You see, God counts it as an abomination when we decline Him, by going our own sinful way. And all the praying in the world cannot change that principle of God's eternal will. Prayer will never take the place of obedience, as the Lord rejects the prayer or cry of a disobedient person (Matthew 6:14-15). However, God does give us a plan of reconciling to him (1 John 1:9).
Since all of God’s commands are righteousness (Psalm 119:172), then a righteous person is one that keeps His commandments. Yes, the Lord promises to receive the prayers of such a person, but not the prayers of the unrighteousness (1 John 3:7).
Yet again, God can and does hear all prayers of the saints (Christians) at the same time. He always answers prayer, but in His way, not ours. He never is too late but we must learn to patiently trust Him.
Not like our finite minds, God recognizes successiveness of events and all past, present and future events are equally vivid to Him. For this cause, His perfect plan will be degreed, for all mankind, including you and I. GOD'S HORIZONTAL PRAYER PLAN !
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11) .

AUTHOR'S POST SCRIPT:
The attribute of "prayer" is intrinsic to the subject by which the subject is distinguished or identified. In other words, it is fundamentally essential that prayer be associated to and with the infinity of God.
God's "Omnipresence" , meaning God is everywhere (Psalm 139:7-12), is the prime example of God hearing all prayers at once. And God's " Omniscience" , meaning His "foreknowledge", or the knowledge of all things, before the fact (Matthew 6:8), proves He knows what we are going to pray before our prayers are ever uttered.
I've absolutely been amazed over and over again at the personal care He's taken to answer my little prayers when He has a whole universe to operate. Just goes to show God's infinite wonderful love for us unworthy creatures on an individual basis.
