****TAKE THE LEAD****
And the LORD said to Moses, "Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward. Exodus 14:15

We are taking off from where we stopped yesternight. You are a Leader by destiny and hence you must not come short of that glorious position that God has exalted you to.We started with Identifying the Particular Problem that you're meant to solve. NOW Let's proceed

• Have a Correct Perspective:
Wrong perception of the problems we face in fulfilling our Leadership mandate must be fought vehemently. The Problem is not the problem rather the way you see the problem is the Problem. Moses began to cry at the face of difficulty at the red sea, God cut the drama by asking the same question I want to ask you, why are you crying? Why are you sobbing over that challenge? Look at what God said Tell the children of Israel to go forward. Go forward, inotherwords tell them to take the Lead, irrespective of the waters in front and the raging battles behind.

During the war executed by Adolf Hitler the whole of Europe believed that Great Britain would be defeated. Despite the advancing forces of Adolf Hitler, there arose a Leader (Winston Churchill) who steered the hearts of the English people when he muttered these words:
Upon this battle rests the whole of Christian Civilisation…let us therefore brace ourselves to our duties, and so bear ourselves that , if the British empire and its commonwealth last for a thousand years, men will still say, ‘‘This was their finest hour’’…......and at the end the war was won. The British nation and In the end the war was won. Hitler is no more but Britain and its commonwealth still exists today.

CONTINUES TOMORROW....
