Not a great deal

The most important thing in the whole world is the soul of man, thus whether we keep or lose our soul actually defines success or failure in our life.

Jesus very clearly said to us...

For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? Matthew 16:26 (NKJV)

Often we are boggled down by many of the cares and worries of the world.

If we under perform in any area of our life in this competitive world, we feel intimidated and are discouraged.

However just note, that if you have kept your soul intact with the Lord, there is nothing to fear, for if the Lord controls your life, He will control your circumstances also.

Under performance many times do affect our spiritual life adversely, when in our attempt to cope up with others, we neglect our spiritual life whereas it should be the other way round.

When problems come in our life, when we feel weak and unequipped, when the feeling of loneliness and being inefficient fills our heart, we should run towards the Lord in prayer, seek His comfort and exaltation.

This is happened with Asaph also...read Psalms 73 where he brings before us all the negative vibes of his heart and also let's us know where and when was he transformed..

" When I thought how to understand this,
It was too painful for meó
Until I went into the sanctuary of God;
Then I understood their end." Psalm 73:16-17 (NKJV)

To know the truth and the reality we have to go to the sanctuary of the Most High, we need to go to the Lord in prayer.

& do we not have a wonderful promise from the Lord in this.....

" If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. " James 1:5 (NKJV)

Ask The Lord for wisdom as did Solomon and God gave it to him, He is the same today and will transform you too.

Its not a great deal that you lose the competitions of this world or do not feature in the top list of this world, what matters most is that your soul is right with God and He is pleased with you.

God has called us, He will lead us, He will provide for us, in everything we need to be with Him always.

Listen to this blessed song which has blessed my soul..

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=se7yAkqu3Ek

The song is titled, ' Four Days Late ' (referring to Lazarus's example)

The Lord has the best in store for all of us and He is never late.

God Bless,

Abraham
