It never ceases to amaze how that when we humble ourselves to ask an honest question, admitting therein that we don’t have all the answers and are therefore not omniscient, the answer often immediately leaps to mind before anyone else even has the time to answer it for us. We might find out what we didn't know that we knew. Others can build on that knowledge, and it serves as a confirmation to us that we’ve taken a right path and entered into a healthy process of letting in light, whether from inside or outside sources. No matter what we’ve been taught, we don’t have to portray ourselves as always knowing more than those around us. Last time I looked that posture had a name: something like P-R-I-D-E. Indeed, we are not omniscient, neither individually nor collectively, but, amazingly, we are invited to know the One who is!
