Behold your God

God has always desired to make Himself known, not for any other reason, but for the welfare of His children, for they desperately need Him.

He is the light in their darkness,

He is the medicine in their sickness,

He is the peace in their sorrow

and thus the Lord desires that everyone should know Him and be comforted.

To make Him known to this world is our privileged responsibility and thus through every means we have, we need to proclaim the goodness of the Lord to all.

"O Zion,
You who bring good tidings,
Get up into the high mountain;
O Jerusalem,
You who bring good tidings,
Lift up your voice with strength,
Lift it up, be not afraid;
Say to the cities of Judah, “Behold your God!”"

Isaiah 40 :9 (NKJV)

The world's trend might not seem to do this, for it will always resent the good news and as it is rightly said in John Chapter 1 ' the people love darkness more than the light', yet if a child wants to harm itself through ignorant and ignoble acts, will the parents allow this? if our dear ones seek to harm themselves by any means , will we not try to stop them for the love we have for them?

So also even to this resentful world we need to tell them about the Lord, we need to let them know that they will never be good without God.

Often shame is what draws us away from witnessing, can we ignore this? read what the Lord says to us....

“Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven. But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven."

Matthew 10:32-33 (NKJV)

The world needs Him, and we have the blessed privilege to let the world know the Lord, so let us lift our voice with strength declaring 'Behold your God'.

God Bless,

Abraham
