I am so glad you are with me on this chilly winter morning. I love waking up and knowing you are there, even before opening my eyes. I can feel your loving presence enveloping me.
I feel such peace knowing that you will be right beside me today, holding my right hand for you have written “For I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.” (Isaiah 41:13)
I am always so zealous about this “love” holiday, maybe overly zealous. But then I remember you say in Galatians 4:18 “It is fine to be zealous, provided the purpose is good.”
I eagerly await your guidance on who needs your love on this special day and how to show it!
Thank you so much for blessing me with all the gifts you bestow upon me, starting with the rhythm of my breath to the marvel of my body parts intricately working together, inside and out.
Use me Lord today, to make others happy. “And we know that in all things, God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.” (Romans 8:28) That is a very special Valentine’s message to me.
