This article continues our "Book Of Proverbs" study.
Proverbs 8:1 Doth not wisdom cry? and understanding put forth her voice?
The Book of Proverbs repeatedly teaches us that Wisdom is closely related to understanding.
1) Knowledge is the information needed to teach
2) Understanding is the correct learning of such information (knowledge)
3) Applying the information to success is "Wisdom"
Wisdom is the successful application of Knowledge
Understanding is essential to successful application
With out Understanding there can not be "Wisdom"
The Bible Teaches Us That Wisdom and Understanding Are Feminine In Gender (Proverbs 7:4).
Let's read on and find out why Wisdom Cries and why Understanding puts forth her voice.
Proverbs 8:2 She standeth in the top of high places, by the way in the places of the paths. Proverbs 8:3 She crieth at the gates, at the entry of the city, at the coming in at the doors.
In Proverbs 8:1 notice how Wisdom stands in the top of the high places or heights. Notice How Archangel Michael and Jesus both Stand. Jesus stood to receive the Martyred "Stephen". Notice how Step is Step and Hen is the Mother Who is also Feminine. The Step(s) Prophecially Points to this "Rapture" Walk in to Heaven (Daniel 12:1-5; Acts 7:55-56; Matthew 23:37-39; Daniel 11:40-44; John 1:51; Psalm 148:1; ).
It is to these "Heights" that the Rebellious Angel coveted to ascend (Isaiah 14:14).
Jesus Christ is the Way to these "Heights" (John 14:6-8).
Yes! Wisdom will Lift Her Voice and Cry Out When The Gate Way (Door Way) To Heaven Is Opened For Heavenly Rapture (Acts 7:57-58; Acts 7:55-56; Daniel 12:1-5; Matthew 25:1-12; John 10:1-2, 7-9; 1 Thessalonians 4:14-17; Matthew 24:29-34; Matthew 25:30-44; 1 Kings 1:38-44; Exodus 19:13-19).
We must ask is Jesus Christ this Woman? Let's continue studying Proverbs Chapter 8 for that answer.
Who Is This Woman (Wisdom) Calling
Proverbs 8:4 Unto you, O men, I call; and my voice is to the sons of man.
The Holy Bible mentions 2 men (man): 1) Adam and Jesus Christ (Genesis 1:26-28; 1 Timothy 2:5).
These "Sons" being called by "Wisdom" are the sinning offspring of Adam. Adam is the father of all human kind (1 Corinthians 15:22; Genesis 3:20).
Proverbs 8:5 O ye simple, understand wisdom: and, ye fools, be ye of an understanding heart. Proverbs 8:6 Hear; for I will speak of excellent things; and the opening of my lips shall be right things. Proverbs 8:7 For my mouth shall speak truth; and wickedness is an abomination to my lips. Proverbs 8:8 All the words of my mouth are in righteousness; there is nothing froward or perverse in them.
In our previous studies of the Book of Proverbs we learned that the Simple is spiritually inexperienced. We learned that the "Fool" is aware of God but refuse to obey Him (Psalm 14:1; Matthew 25:1-12).
To avoid being "Simple" and "Foolish" a person must learn the Truth about God apply this Truth (information) to gain understanding (experience) and become Wise (John 17:17; John 14:6-8; John 4:24).
God's Holy Spirit will Help humans love God from their Hearts (John 15:10-15; Exodus 20:5-6; John 3:16; 1 John 4:8; John 14:26).
Failing to obey God is Wickedness and an Abomination. We Christians must be careful not to take God's Grace for granted. We must not rationalize disobedience (John 15:10-15).
How To Make God's Word Work For You
Proverbs 8:9 They are all plain to him that understandeth, and right to them that find knowledge.
I Love Proverbs Chapter 8.
A Very Fundamental and yet Very Powerful Truth is Found Here In.
A person is to receive God's Word (Truth-Information) and apply (obey) it. This is FAITH.
Only then will God's Holy Spirit make it Plain (Clear) and Understandable.
When this person applies God's Knowledge God's Holy Ghost will make God's Word "Right (Plain)" and Understandable to them.
In other words, until a person Obeys God's Word in FAITH, they would receive the Understanding (Presence) of such.
The Lust For Material Gain
Proverbs 8:10 Receive my instruction, and not silver; and knowledge rather than choice gold.
This "Wisdom" certainly sounds like Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ taught His followers not to love the physical and material things of this world. Jesus taught to trust in God for daily needs (Matthew 6:25-34; Proverbs 3:6-8).
Proverbs 8:11 For wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it.
God's Wisdom should not be compromised for human lust. This is what Judas did. Judas betrayed God's Son for thirty pieces of silver.
The result of Judas' choice was regret, his rejection of the silver and suicide.
We Can't Out Think God. He Is Wisdom
Proverbs 8:12 I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions.
Let's learn the Bible's definition of prudence (prudent):
The Bible word "Prudence" is closely associated with "Wisdom" and God's House (Solomon's Temple). Solomon's Temple can be Spiritually Linked to God's Body (The Church) (Matthew 16:11-28; John 2:21; 1 Corinthians 6:19).
The Bible Commands humans to Cast Down all Imaginations and "WItty" Inventions. This "High Places" Oppose God and are Idols and Witch Craft (2 Corinthians 10:1-12; 1 Samuel 15:22-23; Revelations 17:1-17).
Identifying The Fear Of The Lord & The Hating Of Evil (Sin)
Proverbs 8:13 The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.
How To Fear The LORD:
1) Hate Evil- Hate anything that opposes God's Way (John 15:10-15; John 14:6-8)
2) Hate Pride- God's servants must be humble. We must not think that we are "above" others. This is the only way God will exalt them (James 4:1-12).
3) Hate Arrogrance- The arrogant becomes easily offended as they think they are "better" or "special". We must hate arrogancy.
4) Hate The Evil Way- We ust hate anything that opposes God's Way (John 15:10-15; John 14:6-8)
5) We've learned from our earlier study of Proverbs that the "froward" mouth is associated with apostasy.
What Makes God's Kingdom Strength (Revelation 12:7-12)
Proverbs 8:14 Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom: I am understanding; I have strength.
God is Strong because of sound wisdom and understanding.
It's Important that at Proverbs 8:14 "Wisdom" and "Understanding" are no longer Biblically linked together. "Understanding" begins Solely talking in Proverbs 8:14 (I Am Understanding (Exodus 3:14-16)).
Proverbs 8:15 By me kings reign, and princes decree justice. Proverbs 8:16 By me princes rule, and nobles, even all the judges of the earth.
Humans would be wise to seek God's Strength. Then and only then will they have true "Understanding" (Revelation 12:7-12).
Proverbs 8:17 I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.
We must seek God first (early). We show our Love for God by obeying Him (John 15:10-15; Exodus 20:5-6; Matthew 6:25-34).
Proverbs 8:18 Riches and honour are with me; yea, durable riches and righteousness. Proverbs 8:19 My fruit is better than gold, yea, than fine gold; and my revenue than choice silver. Proverbs 8:20 I lead in the way of righteousness, in the midst of the paths of judgment: Proverbs 8:21 That I may cause those that love me to inherit substance; and I will fill their treasures.
Proverbs 8:18-21 implies that Understanding will brive humans to obey her (Proverbs 8:14; Exodus 3:1-16; John 8:54-56).
However "Understanding" is saying that She is much better than these material (earthly) things. Yet, like King Solomon, God may shower obedient ones with Riches and Wealth.
The Beginning Of "Understanding"
Proverbs 8:22 The LORD possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old. Proverbs 8:23 I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was.
I appreciate the word "Possessed" in verse 22. Until we are filled with the Holy Ghost we won't begin to be wise.
In the Beginning of Jesus (the Way) "Understanding" was Present (John 14:6-8).
The Deep & The Depth
Proverbs 8:24 When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no fountains abounding with water. Proverbs 8:25 Before the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought forth: Proverbs 8:26 While as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the highest part of the dust of the world. Proverbs 8:27 When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth: Proverbs 8:28When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep:
Proverbs 8:29 When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth:
"Understanding" existed with God before God began creating. Like Planet Earth God's Depth is a Circle (compass) (John 1:1).
Proverbs 8:30 Then I was by him, as one brought up with him: and I was daily his delight, rejoicing always before him;
"Understanding" was always with (before) the LORD. They were joyful together (Proverbs 8:22-23; John 1:1-3).
It appears that after the LORD created the depths, fountains, mountains, hills, earth, highest part, heavens, clouds, depth and deep the "Understanding" was "Brought" Up (Promoted).
It's important to note that the Bible credits Jesus Christ as Creator of Everything (John 1:1-3; Colossians 1:14-29).
So might this "Brought Up" Prophetically Be Pointing To The Rapture (Revelation 11:11-12; 1 Thessalonians 4:14-17; Acts 1:8-10; Matthew 25:1-12; Revelation 19:10; Revelation 19:1-9; Revelation 22:18-20; 2 Peter 1:20-21)?
Does "Daily" Prophetically Point To The "Day" Of The Lord When Bible Obeying Christians Enter God's Presence "In Spirit" (Revelation 1:10; Matthew 25:1-12; John 4:24; 1 Corinthians 15:50-54).
Notice Where "Understanding" Turned Her Attention To After She Was "Brought UP" (Proverbs 8:1)
Proverbs 8:31 Rejoicing in the habitable part of his earth; and my delights were with the sons of men.
Proverbs 8:31 focuses on the habitable part of HIS Earth. "Understanding" humbly submits to the LORD Creator. The Earth belongs to The LORD and ALL that dwells there in (Psalm 24:1; 1 Corinthians 10:26).
We learned that the "Son Of Man" Biblically referred to Adam and His Children (Our Proverbs 8:4 section above).
These "Sons Of Men" were delighted by "Understanding". Who are these "Sons Of Men" which dwelt in the habitable part of the earth?
Proverbs 8:26 tells us that before planet Earth was Created "Understanding" was with the LORD Creator (Proverbs 8:22).
"Understanding" was Posessed (Filled) with God (Proberbs 8:14).
While the Bible keeps "Wisdom" in the Feminine Gender "Understanding" links with the Masculine "Sons Of Men" at Proverbs 8:31 (Proverbs 7:4).
These "Sons Of Men" were Created by LORD God and placed in the Habitable part of Earth during the "Early" stage of Creation (Proverbs 8:17).
Notice What The Bible Says About The Word "Early":
First We'll Give You The Bible's Words And Their Biblical Definitions. Then We'll Give You The Bible Scriptures As Proof For Your Prayerful Viewing:
Early- The Destroying Angels-GAT-The Beer-Burnt Offering-The Restoration-Return- The Departing (Rapture)-Pharaoh and Moses, The Hebrews, Armageddon, The Freeing Of God's People, GAT The Top Of The Mountain (Heaven); The Pass Over (Rapture); The Priests And The Ark Of The LORD; The Seventh Day & The Destruction Of The Walls Of Jericho; The Taking Away (Rapture); The Time Appointed, Armageddon; Baal Cast Down (The Beast); The Bullock Burnt Offering; The Well Of Harod (Herod); Jesus Resurrection With The Rising Of The Sun (Mark 16:2; Malachi 4:1-6)
Early- The Playing Of The Beast's Leviathan's Army Exodus 32:6; Psalm 104:6, 24-27
If you have Prayerfully studied the above information and supporting cited Bible scriptures: you will realize that "Understanding" is directly linked to the "Kings Of The East (locusts, frogs, Elijah, Elias, Chariots Of Fire, Wings) " who will Return (Restore) to planet Earth During the Rapture to carry out the Great Tribulation and Armageddon (Revelation 16:10-16; Daniel 11:40-44; Matthew 2:1-12; Revelation 19:10-19; Revelation 9:1-20; Malachi 4:1-16; Revelation 11:8-12, 19; 2 Kings 2: 1-15, 20-25; Revelation 13:1-18; Daniel 7:5, 25; Matthew 7:1-12; Matthew 24:47-49; Matthew 15:35-36; Luke 4:25-26; Luke 9:54-57; Revelation 9:6-12; Psalm 104:6, 27).
Now you know to Whom Wisdom and Understanding are Crying Out to and Why Proverbs 8 mentions Kings and Princes (Proverbs 8:15-16; Proverbs 8:1).
Now read what Jesus said about when God's Trumpet Voice Cries Out During The Heavenly Rapture And Earth's Great Tribulation (Matthew 24:29-34; Matthew 25:30-44; 1 Thessalonians 4:14-17).
Proverbs 8:32 Now therefore hearken unto me, O ye children: for blessed are they that keep my ways.
Now "Understanding" turns Her attention to "the Children". These "Children" are those who will be gathered into God's approval after they say, "Blessed Is He Who Comes In The Name Of The Lord" (Matthew 23:37-39).
Proverbs 8:33 Hear instruction, and be wise, and refuse it not.
"Wise" Is "Wife". The Lamb Will Not Marry These "Little Children" until the Great Tribulation's suffering causes them to Repent (Matthew 19:1-25; Revelation 19:1-9; Matthew 23:37-39; Matthew 25:1-12; 2 Kings 2:20-25).
Christian's Do Not Be Deceived. STAY SPIRITUALLY AWAKE (Matthew 24:3-10)
Proverbs 8:34 Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors.
Leviathan's Army waits daily for God to tell them to go Play "Sport". This will be their attack on Rapture's "Left Behind" humans. This will be the Great Tribulation (Time Of Trouble, Time Of The Gentile Nations). They will be the Flood that Comes Forth out of the Dragon's Mouth (Psalm 104:6, 24-27; Revelation 19:10-21; Matthew 25:1-12; Matthew 7:13-29; Ezekiel 29:3; Revelation 12:1-17; Revelation 13:1-18; Matthew 24:12-22; Luke 21:20-36; Daniel 12:1-13; John 10:1-34; Numbers 21:6-9; Job 1:1-20; Job 2:1-10).
The Warning From God's Execution Squad
Proverbs 8:35 For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the LORD. Proverbs 8:36 But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death.
Acts Chapter 7 teaches us that God's Angels administered the Law to Moses. God's "Grace" will Rapture in to Heaven During The Day Of The Lord (Matthew 25:1-12; Revelation 11:10-12).
From that Time On Earth will Come Under THE LAW. These Angels Will Return as the "Two Witnesses" to Judge all "Left Behind" humans by that "Law Of Death". These Returning Angels Are "Elias (Elija)" and Moses (The Law) (Malachi 4:1-6; Matthew 17:1-12; Genesis 18:1-28; Revelation 11:1-19).
