We have been to Christ to be reformed and have experienced His saving grace, all around us notice the change and blessedness in our life and are curious to know, they have many assumptions about it, would we confirm as to what has happened? would we let them know about a God Who exists to help them and Who in reality is their Lord God? would we take the lead in removing all the shadows from before their eyes which keep them from the Lord God? Would we witness for Christ?
Some said, “This is he.” Others said, “He is like him.”
He said, “I am he.”
John 9:9 (NKJV)
The above is the example of a man born blind whom the Lord healed and who testified for the Lord.
The Psalmist in the verse below encourages us to testify of the goodness of the Lord.
" My mouth shall tell of Your righteousness
And Your salvation all the day,
For I do not know their limits." Psalm 71:15 (NKJV)
If the darkness has been replaced by light, the additional purpose for which this has been done is to shine and glorify Him Who removed the darkness.
"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven." Matthew 5:16 (NKJV)
God has evidently done a great work within us, let's glorify Him for Who He is and for what He has done.
