Emmanuel- means "God With Us"(KJV)
Joseph was told in Matthew's Gospel (Matt.1) that Mary would have a baby and His name was to be "Jesus". We were reminded of the prophecy (Is.7:14) which called Him- Immanuel",(spelled with an "I" here ) meaning- "God with us." (KJV) The baby in the manger, was "God with us." And we can rest assured, God is still with us, because Jesus said just before He ascended into heaven, that He would send the Comforter, the Holy Ghost, after He was taken,-- and also left them with these words-- "Lo I am with you always, even unto the end of the world." (KJV) Merry Christmas- God is still with us!
If you died today, are you absolutely certain that you would go to heaven? You can be! TRUST JESUS NOW
