When you are in chains, you are restricted with your movements, and are paralysed from one area to another. Chains are used for those who are captured. Mankind was in chains when Adam and Eve fell into temptation, leading mankind to be captured by sin!
God ordained redemption from the beginning of time. Although man from creation could not yet seen what was ahead, but God almighty foresee what was yet to come. Chains became existence when man sin and was therefore driven out of Eden. That day, not only was man physically banished from their surrounding but they were spiritually in chains and no longer in freedom.
Centuries after centuries, man remains in chains and many were paralyse physically as well as spiritually towards achieving their full potential or God given destiny in this world.
One glorious night, a Saviour was born! Angels rejoice due to the freedom of man had come into existence, to bestow and break the chains that were place on man from creation.
3 years in ministry, the redeemer spent time restoring the physically paralysed, but the full completion was when the Saviour of the world was place on the cross. He completed the redemption as He spoke "it is finish"! What a day that was when man chains were broken, no longer were they physically or spiritually paralysed but now the curtains were tear in the middle to show that man can return to their Creator and be restored from broken chains!
