May my soul cling to Thee

God has created us in His own image, character and has given us His Spirit to live gloriously, however when we live otherwise we are losing out on the blessed life God has given us and heading towards death.

" Therefore, brethren, we are debtors—not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live." Romans 8 :12-13 (NKJV)

The Holy Spirit not only helps us to live gloriously, it also puts to death the deeds of the body which leads us away from God.

The life in the Holy Spirit is filled with miracles, wonders and victories.

The devil always tries to beat us down through problems, depression and failures, however when we are empowered by the Holy Spirit, we will witness the victories of the Lord in our life.

Let's pray that the Lord may give us wisdom to discern the works and then help us not to pursue the vain things of this world for which the devil often makes us feel obligated to do, rather we may seek the opportunity to do the works of the Spirit, the Lord may open our eyes to search and behold His glory and the desire of our life always would be to glorify and magnify His holy name.

"One thing I have desired of the Lord,
That will I seek:
That I may dwell in the house of the Lord
All the days of my life,
To behold the beauty of the Lord,
And to inquire in His temple. " Psalm 27:4 (NKJV)

David was a mighty King and the utmost desire of his heart was to seek the Lord always and glorify Him in everything.

May my soul cling to Thee

May our hearts turn to Thee,

May we always seek Thy face.

May my soul cling to Thee,

May I run to victory in life's race.

May the words of my mouth &

May the meditations of my heart,

be always be pleasing to Thee,

My God always Thou art.

God Bless,

Abraham
