To my husband:
It is amazing how we take things for granted.... and rarely appreciate them until we don't have them...air conditioning is a good case in point.
But it does make you think of the other things you do have, and makes you resolve to appreciate them more all the time...as I do you.
I would rather spend my time with you anywhere in any circumstance than to be in the lap of luxury without you!
Reminds me of being in a parade when I was a kid, and you could decorate your bike up any way you wanted, and then ride in the parade...that's how our love makes me feel.... and I can decorate each day with streamers of love, and multi-colored strings of joy tied to the handle bars...and cards of delight fastened to the spokes of the wheels, making that neat 'motor' sound...and the incredible joyous feeling of being a part of the parade.... just as we are together a part of God's plan...is beyond anything that the world can give.....and every single day is a brand new parade...and oh, how I love being in it with you!!!
