GOD-TRACKING IS HONESTLY ADMITTING TO YOUR SIN WITH CONFIDENCE IN GOD’S GRACE
I was almost asleep one night when the phone, “Dudley, I’ve done it again,” said a distraught voice on the other side of the line. “I’ve committed the unforgivable sin… again!” Wearily I dressed, climbed into my car and made my way to Eugene’s home to once again reassure my young friend that he would be okay.
From the start of time man has been guilty of sin and, sadly, still sins. Prior to Christ's death on the cross, people had to offer sacrifices and work really hard to gain God's forgiveness. But then God demonstrated his love for us while we were still guilty of sin when gave us his ultimate gift, his son Jesus Christ who took all our sin on himself when he was crucified. And yet we all still sin, which I am sure breaks God's heart. But he has made a way for us in this too, it’s called grace. Because of Jesus on the cross God’s grace has saved us from sin and because of Jesus on the cross God’s grace perpetuates our forgiveness of perpetual sin.
Stop trying to berate yourself like Eugene did every time you slip up. Rather start thanking and praising God for what he has done in your life. Only by the Holy Spirit will you fully understand the mystery of God’s free grace. When you became a Christian God’s Holy Spirit took up residence in your body and mind. So, when you’re faced with temptation in your daily walk and end up sinning again and again submit to his holy nudge and admit you’ve done wrong. The confess your sins to him in true repentance and, because God’s grace is big enough, he will forgive you and remove that sin from you as far as the east is from the west.
God-tracking is honestly admitting to your sin with confidence in God’s grace

A Sample of Dudley’s Fave Quotes
“It is my observation that when Christians feel they have let God down, it is usually not because of some grievous sin, but more often a feeling that… we have not put into practice what we know to be the truth.” --- Rick Marschall

Help me to stand strong in the strength of your grace
“My Lord I admit that I have sinned… again! I am deeply sorry and apologise for all that I have said, done or thought that has grieved your Holy Spirit. I consciously determine to never do this thing again, O Lord. Thank you for revealing this to me by the nudge of your Spirit. I believe you are faithful and just (because of the cross) to forgive me and remove my sin. I take your word at face value now and thank you for your gracious forgiveness, through Jesus. I step out in faith and victory now. Help me to stand strong in the strength of your grace. Amen.”
