The uniqueness of God is awesome, pleasant, powerful and rejuvenating.
"There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling;" Ephesians 4 :4(NKJV)
When Moses was called by God at an age when he thought he was finishing down (he was 80) and God assigned him with a task of a lifetime, Moses had a question for God, ...
"Then Moses said to God, “Indeed, when I come to the children of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they say to me, ‘What is His name?’ what shall I say to them?”" Exodus 3:13 (NKJV)
to which God replied.."And God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’” " Exodus 3:14 (NKJV)
God said "I AM WHO I AM", which simply means there is no one like Him, He alone is God.
The uniqueness of God helps me as I have no one else to rely on but Him alone, and having experienced and tasted His goodness, I am all the more persuaded to seek Him and the doors for looking around for help from others is closed as no one can help better.
I do not applaud God for being unique, however I cherish the fact of His being and rest assured with the deepest contentment for His presence.
When there is no one equal to the Lord and there are so many in this world equal to me, however no one is like me, for the unique Lord has also made me unique. I am an original.
God has a plan and purpose for each one of us, a plan to succeed and be blessed.
Let's cherish Him always, depend on Him always and we will be blessed forever.
