Life gives us a lot a choices and thus we often become selective, however in certain times we do not have a selection, a choice to say 'Yes' or 'No'.
It simply happens or has to be done.
For example:- We did not chose to be born and also to die, yet we have to go through it..... and similarly there is a call for all of us to attend, a call to the judgment seat, to know what we have done with this life which was given to us.
"So then each of us shall give account of himself to God." Romans 14:12 (NKJV)
We very well know our past and can fairly judge for ourselves where we stand in the light of God's expectations for us, we do not know about the future, yet trust and hope that many years or days or the time God gives us more we will spend it for His glory.
I desire if we could just stop for a while and speak to God today as He is available even today before our time for judgment for us and reconcile with Him, ask Him about our shortfall, tell Him about our weaknesses and seek His strength ahead to fulfill His will perfectly.
Let's do this every moment, let do this every hour, for then when we appear before Him for accountability, we would have already been reconciled with Him for eternal bliss.
We might have missed the mark in our life, yet God is available today to set us right.
We might have been gripped in sin, yet God is available today to set us free.
We might have been underutilized for God given skills, yet God is available today to place us in places and with people for His glory.
I just want to make you aware that the same God we would meet on the judgment seat is available even today to set us right for it.
Like it or not, we all have to stand before the judgment seat, however how much better if we stand prepared, if we stand reconciled.
God has a wonderful plan for our life and God has a wonderful help for us to accomplish it in this life, then when judgment comes, we could go smiling before God saying as Paul boldly said...
"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing." 2 Timothy 4:7-8 (NKJV)
Know your end today, get right with God today and forever.
If you died today, are you absolutely certain that you would go to heaven? You can be! TRUST JESUS NOW
