There is a certain way in which to walk and this is determined by the inward change within us and by this we also let others know who we are and to Whom we belong.

"This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you should no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles walk, in the futility of their mind." Ephesians 4:17 (NKJV)

The benevolent Lord has bestowed on us this wonderful grace in which He said...

"But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: " John 1:12 (NKJV)

God has called us His children's and thus our walk should be as children's of God always.

The Holy Spirit has also spoken to us through Peter in thus manner :

"But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; "

1 Peter 2:9 (NKJV)

We, who are children of God are highly esteemed in the sight of the Lord and God sets high expectation from us.

Paul encourages us to be an example to others for the glory of the Lord..

" Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity. " 1 Timothy 4:12 (NKJV)

In the light of all that we have seen, let's ask ourselves, are we walking as per the Lord's desire in our life? are we truly walking the Christian way?

We who are known by His name should be like Him and be as He desires of us.

The Holy Spirit wonderfully expalins through Paul in Ephesians 4:25-31 how we should walk in His ways for the blessed calling we have.

There is no one like You O Lord

Lord You have called me as a chosen generation,

a royal priesthood and a holy nation,

as Your own people to proclaim Your praises,

of Him Who doththe poor from the miry clay raises,

There is no one like You O Lord

and none like them who belong to Thee,

I thank You for the higher calling in my life,

a call to be more like Thee.

God Bless,

Abraham
