The world of business is evolving at a fast rate. One of the key things driving the changes to business is the never ending growth of social networks. Whilst there are numerous, at the end of the day, one has to find what works for them best. Whilst the 'super powers' of social networks are Facebook, Linked In, Youtube, Twitter, Pinterest (in no particular order), there are plenty out there.
This often causes a time challenge when it comes to the professional or business owner. How does one decide which ones to specialise on or to ignore? The key thing is to identify what works for you best. Some have chosen to be on the first three and pay more attention to the one that brings them results more depending on objectives, line of business etc.
Linked In, when it comes to many business owners and professionals, offers a lot more lucrative deal. This is the best place where one can get the largest number of professionals together. Not only that but it has over 200 million professionals together in one place. Another added bonus is the net worth, this is also the place where one can find the greatest or largest number of 6 figure earners together.
Depending on the services that one is offering, many are finding it easy to connect and later provide value and also maintain long term relationships. Not only that, but it's so easy to be referred to by those who already know you and your services and the value you provide. So it provides that opportunity where you can recommend someone to someone, not only that but someone can also recommend you and always delightful when someone reaches out and say they have been referred to you by someone else.
Just identifying someone's needs and recommending someone who can deliver the results that they are looking for is a wonderful thing. The next thing for the searious professional or business owner who really wants to go further and maximise their presence on Linked In, is to actually spend the time to really learn and master how best to use and how best to get results from Linked In. Not only that but also being able to measure the results that they are getting and against the set targets.
I think it's so easy for people to be on social networks without measuring the results and the effectiveness of each of them to their particular situation or business market etc. I think it's evident that without awareness a lot of time can be lost through social networks. The most important thing is being able to measure results regularly and also constantly evaluate one's goals and objectives when it comes to social media presence as a professional or business owner.
