The Purpose Of The Conduit

God donít have to use us, He chooses to. It was for that purpose that we were made. There is a difference in being created and made. God created man in his image which is of a spiritual nature. He made man after the similitude of the earth that man can get things done in the earth. Man was to take care of the earth, reproduce after his own kind, and yield himself wholly unto God in relationship and fellowship. We are conduits that God uses in the earth; he uses our hands, feet, ears, mouth, eyes, mind, body, and spirit. Do God need us; no? Because He is our Father he loves us and want us to obey for it is better for us than we sacrifice what he has given us. We are a piece of work! A conduit is a natural or spiritual channel through which something is conveyed. We are called to transmit and distribute to man Godís Holy Righteous Word.

Isaiah 61:1-3 the Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek, he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; to appoint unto them that mourn to Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes; the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord that he may be glorified.

The Prophet Isaiah spoke as the Lord led him about the coming of Christ and his office in this passage of scripture. He was a conduit for God to use at that time to make this announcement. He spoke so God used his mind, ears and mouth. God can use who he wants to that he gets done in the earth what he pleases. He is a gentleman and doesnít force his way; for whosoever will allow them self to be used of God He will. What does God want done that man could not do in that they were powerless because of sin? God wants man to trust him, love him, and obey. He wants us to come to know Him and who He really is. Can we really understand our Fatherís Will if he doesnít make it plain on paper? Well God too have a Will that he wants us to obey and follow. His Will is outlined in his Holy Word.

Look at what Jesus office called for; it was a work. From the beginning man was to work the work of him that sent him out of the spiritual into the natural body to keep the earth. Today man will hardly work; they are lazy. Because of laziness the work of the Lord is not properly getting done. The preacher wonít preach because they wonít half study and spend quality time with God. The preacher wonít preach because they wonít half hear what God is saying for they have laid the Spirit of God to rest that would lead them. We the conduits of God are in a relaxed resting stage for the most part today. The people of God wonít go to the masses because they have a fear factor that keeps them bound. God want strong soldiers that will yield themselves wholly unto him; come hell or high water. Who is the preacher? I am not talking about a Pastor or any of the called or chosen titles; I am talking about the saved, sanctified, Holy Ghost filled believers. We have a work to do and God wants us to start now.

The office of Christ was pronounced by Isaiah not just to be written on the page of the Bible but for our ammunition. He is talking about the Spirit filled Christ by whom the Kingdom of God would come. It is the beginning of Zionís restoration and glorification of God again. Jesus came as a conduit that man would be reconciled to the Father and himself; mind, body, heart, soul, and spirit. Man is to remember Godís mercy, plead deliverance for the spiritual man once again to come alive in the hearts of men everywhere. God wanted his creation to glorify him and not the things of the earth for which he put them in to keep it. God gave man dominion over the earth yet they fell to the earth to lick the dust they were made of. Godís mercy is reserved for a spiritual people. We have it backwards; we want to serve God externally in worship but not in heart sincerity.

Isaiah is known as an evangelistic prophet because he gives the fullest and clearest exposition of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to be found anywhere in the Old Testament. Isaiah serves as a compendium of the great doctrines of the pre-Christian age. Special emphasis is given to the doctrine of God, in His omnipotence, His omniscience, and His redemptive love. Why did we need redemption? What did we need redemption from? Who did we need redemption from? We needed redemption because we are born in sin and shaped in iniquity. By nature now because from the beginning man sinned and disobeyed God we are prone to sin. So God made a way through the second Adam, Jesus Christ for us to be of a repentant heart and come back to him and serve him Spiritually instead of acting out naturally. You know going through the rituals but not sincere about it. We needed redemption from sin which Satan represents.

Jesus would come against all of the imaginary gods of the idol-worshipping heathens that we set up in the earth. He has revealed God himself as the one true God and we should serve no other. God is the sovereign Creator of the universe. He ordains all the events of history according to His own master plan. In demonstration of the authority and inspiration of His Word He marvelously fulfills the predictions uttered by His prophets long before Jesus would come. Isaiah is one of those prophets. A true prophet speaks the truth. They are inspired with courage to declare Godís message by the presence of the Holy Spirit within them. We are to be a true messenger of God that delivers his words of judgment as well as his words of encouragement and hope.

God have key people set to proclaim and deliver his Word. We must have the ability to speak prophetically and thatís by the Spirit of God. We must know our prophetic function for all donít function in the same manner as another. God must fill us with His Holy Spirit and speak through us for we are conduits He uses for his purpose. As Godís spokesman we must have insight into Godís Will. We canít speak out of our own imagination for we will cause shipwrecks. All of the prophets of old gave prophecies that were later fulfilled, what about today? Everything Isaiah spoke of was fulfilled as any true prophet. The prophets of old were known for their moral living and hatred of sin, can we say that today that this is the way of the prophet? The prophets of old worshipped only the God of Israel, can we really say today that we serve God and only him we trust?

When Jesus would come he would be an upholder of the moral law and he did. He would bring into judgment all of the ungodly nations of the heathen and he did. Even the wealthiest and most powerful of them Jesus consigns them to the ash heap of eternity, while his chosen people live on to glorify his name. Jesus didnít come to do away with the Law but through him the Law might be fulfilled. Isaiah presented Jesus as the Holy One of Israel that requires above and beyond the formalities of sacrificial worship the living sacrifice of a godly life. To this end He brings the most powerful sanctions to bear upon the consciences of His people, both in the form of prophetic warnings and appeal, and in the pressures of chastisement designed to lead them to repentance. But as the Holy One of Israel Jesus showed Himself forth to be committed to His covenant people just as much as He is to us today. Now as then he is a faithful guarantor of His gracious promises to forgive us when repentant and to deliver us from the power of the enemy. God shows his-self ready to rescue us from the assaults of the arrogant oppressors of the faith.

Jesus was of the prophetic spoken Word, He was and is the prophetic, and as prophecy has it will come back again and reign over this Kingdom in the earth. But before he comes he has us as his conduits to get the work done. He does this through the Holy Ghost he sent as the continuator of the Work and Will of God. He helps us in our walk to get things done as God calls us to do his bidding. The Spirit of the Lord God is upon us and has anointed us to preach good tidings unto the meek; all that will hear and give heed to obey. We are to bind up the brokenhearted; bind Satan in Jesus name because he is the one that breaks the hearts of man. We are to proclaim liberty to the captives; give them a better way through the Word and righteous living so they will believe the hope of Salvation.

We are to give people Jesus that He may open up the prison of their minds so that they may be set free of Satanís evil powers. So many are bound up in their minds; they are physically not locked up in a prison as we know it but are incarcerated in the mind. When we get the mind free from the power and influence of Satan we can proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord; today is Salvation come to you. We must teach them that all that live godly will suffer persecution just because of Christ; but the day of vengeance of our God will come to comfort us that all was not in vain. We will cry sometime but joy comes in the morning to take away our state of mourning. Things donít stay the same always for we have that blessed hope that is in Christ Jesus of a more perfect day.

Just as then we needed Jesus to come, we need him now. He is our joy, peace, and righteousness in the Holy Ghost. He is the garment that will cover our sin and cause us to walk in righteousness every day of our lives. He is the Word that came and brought forth deliverance to all of mankind both the Jew and the Gentile. We must call man to unity in the flesh that we have unity in the Spirit. We must put on Christ to wear this special garment he has provided us; put away everything not like Him. Do those things that please God and we have put on Christ. Christ represented the Father and we represent Him. He is as the Holy Ghost is; a put on not a come on. We wear Christ, we wear the Holy Ghost. If Christ comes to you today and you donít open your hearts and let Him in He is not coming in to dwell. If the Holy Ghost just comes upon you and you donít let him in He wonít dwell.

When they come in the spirit of heaviness has to depart. Jesus said come unto me and I will give you rest for your soul. My yoke is easy and my burden is light. Jesus planted righteousness back into the earth once again that had been taken away with sin. Our righteousness is in Him and there is no variableness. He is the same today, tomorrow and forever. We donít have to worry about Him changing on us but rather keep ourselves where we donít change on Him. We must work the work of him that sent us. Christ was sent to fulfill the prophecy and we are to fulfill his prophecy as well that we might be called the trees of righteousness. A tree reproduces after its own kind since day one. If nothing is being reproduced in us we have need to check our salvation. If we are planting Christ in the life of believers and sinners alike God is glorified. Itís up to them to hear and obey. When we plant we are making plain the Gospel and its righteousness. Righteousness of necessity and always the basis of the idea of righteousness is conformity to a standard of perfection. As an attribute of God it signifies holiness, justice, and right living. When applied to man, righteousness signifies the possession of the Christian virtues, faith, hope, and charity; a life which conforms to the divine law of God. If we observe to do all the Commandments before the Lord our God this is our righteousness.

We must walk upright and work righteousness to each other and speak the truth in our hearts. We canít be guilty still of backbiting each other with our tongues and do evil to our neighbors. We must keep our hands and hearts clean and not lift up our souls to vanity. For what price will a man sell his soul? We must keep deceit out of our hearts; put away lying. Keep Godís judgment and do righteousness at all times. Treasures of wickedness profit nothing but righteousness delivers from death for which Jesus came to deliver us from. In the way of righteousness is life, and in the pathway thereof there is no death. The righteousness of Jesus Christ alone brings a sure promise of reward. A good man out of the treasure of the heart brings forth good things but is the good thing a right thing? God made all things good. Although the fruit was good for eating it was forbidden to eat it. Did that make it bad? No! It was wrong to eat because God said donít eat of the tree of good and evil.

Make up your mind and choose God today. Come to Christ! Allow the Holy Ghost to come in and dwell where we can be those conduits God desires us to be. The purpose of the conduit is to reproduce Christ in the earth to all men that comes in our path. We are to be reproductions of Christ himself yielding our members to righteousness unto holiness that the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us who walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit. No one can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. If any man be in Christ he is a new creature; old things are passed away, behold, all things are become new. Are we ready to be that conduit God calls us to be? If we say yes we are ready to receive the fruit of the Spirit which is in all goodness and righteousness and truth. We are ready to flee the lusts of the eyes and flesh of this world and the pride of life. If we know that he is righteous we know that every one that does righteousness is born of God. We are righteous even as Christ is righteous for whoever is born of God does not commit sin. Now are we ready to make the journey and transition from earth to glory?

The purpose of the conduit is to forgive, disregard, excuse and overlook some things that they may gain souls for Christ. We come out of our self and see God as He is; a loving and forgiving God. There is therefore no condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus who walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit. There is no and, if, or but about it God will use whosoever he pleases to get his work done in the earth; for this is manís purpose for being here. Itís time we please God and do His Will and stop tricking and being tricked. We are selling our souls out to the rudiments of the earth that we were put here to keep. We are selling our souls out to the Devil every day! Eve is not the only one guilty of presenting the forbidden fruit to Adam and him eating it.

We are called to present Christ and that in righteousness. We are called to edify the body and bring them the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We are called to correct and reprove sin. We are called to rebuke the Devil in Jesus Name. To set at liberty them that is bound by sin in every area of life.
Itís time we be about our Fatherís business and leave others alone, fall in line with purpose!

Punishment makes one turn one way or the other; which way would we turn if it was us being persecuted for righteousness? Hypocrisy keeps us out of the kingdom of God. Selfishness is a form of hypocrisy. Thank God that we can examine ourselves and see if we be found faithful or not. Thank God we can think on others more than we think on ourselves. Thank God that we are not consumed in ourselves. We bear the burden of others that we fulfill the law of Christ. When the Lord asked Cain where was his brother Abel, he replied I know not; am I my brotherís keeper? Yes we are and we must be careful how we handle the responsibilities God has entrusted to us.
