Human fear has a primary base and the primary basis of human fear are all rooted in anticipated failure and concerns about natural life survival. If we tackle the basis of fear from our spiritually based conviction and believe we have already survived, succeeded and have overcome by the blood, power and authority of Christ, then fear will no longer have a power basis to torment us from (John 16:33, Revelation 12:11).
The question is how do we destroy the power base of fear when chances of natural survival and success in life appears so slim? The answer is we believe in what we hear from God and not in what we see. Faith is the antidote for fear and as it is written: Faith comes by hearing, hearing the Word of God (Romans 10:17). Once God have spoken favourably concerning your situation then survival and success in all aspect is guaranteed and nothing else matters. Therefore, be still and know that He is God! God sees everything we see in the natural and understands everything our fear is based on. Therefore, when He gives us His Word of promises and assurance it is to enable us do the following two things:
Activate supernatural faith through our believing in what He says are there but that are yet to manifest for us to see because it is not yet the appointed time for it (Habakkuk 2:1-3, Hebrews 11:1).
Deactivate the natural fear of what we see to be there but which God says are no longer the reality of our true existence (2 Timothy 1:7).
God's Word as the foundation and pillar of our faith (Hebrews 12:1-3), is all we need to render fear powerless. We destroy fear at it's very foundations by simply believing in God's Word, acting on it and living by it. No matter how devastating the seen picture might seem to be, believe today that by the power that is in the name of Jesus who is God's Word of authority and holy Lamb manifested you have already overcome. And so shall it be in Jesus Mighty name. God is faithful and Jesus the entire evidence of His faithfulness have already finished and worked it all out in your favour on the cross well before you mother conceived you and gave birth to you.
Remain in good cheer and it shall remain well with you in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
