What's His position in our life ? How important is He to us?
"Are You greater than our father Jacob, who gave us the well, and drank from it himself, as well as his sons and his livestock?” John 4:12 (NKJV)
Thanks be to Jacob, for he kept a good testimony of his life to be chanted and replied upon by his people later to come, however is there anyone greater than Jacob?
In our reverance to the saints of the Lord, let's take care not to lose sight of the Lord Himself, for even though Jacob was a victor in his life, all glory goes to the God of Jacob, to Whom we too have the same access.
The Samaritan woman, shattered in her life, still has great reverance for Jacob, however that does not change her life or benefits her in any way to go near to God.
You cannot come close to God unless you go to Him and you cannot receive blessedness in your life unless you go to Him.
God has not called us just to hear good testimonies and clap in applause for it, rather also to go ahead and receive our blessings from God as did they who testify.
The Samaritan woman did not know who was talking to her and thus Jesus said....
Jesus said to her, “I who speak to you am He.” John 4:26 (NKJV). Jesus revealed Himself to be the Messiah.
Dear One!!! God is there for us and He is above all that we have or we could have.
If you died today, are you absolutely certain that you would go to heaven? You can be! TRUST JESUS NOW
