The tension between mystery and absolutes

There is a common thinking amongst many people now
That there are no absolutes and there is no peg in the ground.

We are supposed to enjoy the mystery because we can't explain "what is"
Reducing truth to our level as though we know everything.

But it's very definition means there is an absolute
For to say there is no absolute is an absolute in itself.

To say there is no absolute is to say there is no truth
But the existence of life itself, provides its very own proof.

Part of the fun of life is to start and enjoy the discovery
Of the Mystery now revealed, else everything is illusory

The Mystery was a person, not a concept or power of force
For absolutes and mystery are the same and not divorced.
