Psalm 1459

You know, Father, how I've half-heartedly tried to be successful in Your eyes.
Tailoring You to my own liking.
Picking and choosing what I liked and didn't like.
Hearing some of Your Words while ignoring others.
It is such a struggle to be good and successful in Your eyes.
If it is Your will,
by the power of The Spirit of Christ,
instill me with the knowledge of how to be successful in Your eyes, not the worlds eyes.
If it is Your will,
by the power of The Spirit of Christ,
May The Spirit remind me how to be.
People who accept correction are on the pathway to life, but those who ignore it will lead others astray.
Proverbs 10:7
Wickedness never brings stability, only the godly have deep roots.
Proverbs 12:3
When the godly succeed, everyone is glad, when the wicked take charge, people go into hiding.
Proverbs 28:12
These verses, Father, represent Your holiness and the righteousness I struggle to achieve.
I do my best to love, Father.
Its hard when I'm in a place I hate.
I'm part of a hypocritical world.
If it is Your will,
by the power of The Spirit of Christ,
Help me be loving in a world full of lies.
Those who are godly hate lies, the wicked come to shame and disgrace.
Proverbs 13:5
If it is Your will, Father,
by the power of The Spirit of Christ,
help me commit all my work to You, Father, in a loving way.
Commit your work to the Lord, then your plans will succeed.
Proverbs 16:3
You and I, along with everyone else knows, being even tempered isn't my strong suit. It bothers me because:
None of us can hold back our Spirit from departing. None of us has the power to prevent the day of our death. There is no escaping that obligation, that dark battle. And in the face of death, wickedness will certainly not rescue those who practice it.
Ecclasiates 8:7-8
A wise person thinks much about death, while the fool thinks only about having a good time now.
Ecclasiates 7:4
If it is Your will, Father,
by the power of The Spirit of Christ,
help me use my words with restraint that I may remain in Your will.
A truly wise person uses few words, a person with understanding is even tempered.
Even fools are thought to be wise when they keep silent; when they keep their mouth shut, they seem intelligent.
Proverbs 17:27-28
Its obvious, Father, that I haven't loved myself as much as You love me.
for I followed the world and have loved the things I was shown and taught to love.
If it is Your will,
by the power of The Spirit of Christ,
help me love myself as much as You love me.
To acquire wisdom is to love oneself; people who cherish understanding will prosper.
Proverbs 19:8
Falsely, I believed, I truly feared You, Father.
Please forgive me.
If I did, would I have traveled such a thorny path away from You?
If it is Your will,
by the power of The Spirit of Christ,
help me walk the narrow road of true humility.
True humility and fear of the Lord leads to riches, honor, and long life.
Proverbs 22:4
The Lord preserves knowledge, but he ruins the plans of the deceitful.
Proverbs 22:12
Since I first heard, Father, You know how willing I've been to confess my sin.
I've shared it with more people than I probably should have.
But I wasn't thinking of myself.
I've been doing it to wake people up.
You made me this way for a reason.
If it is Your will,
by the power of The Spirit of Christ,
make me as willing to forsake sin as I have been to confess it that I may receive Your mercy:)
People who cover their sins will not prosper, but if they confess and forsake them, they will receive mercy.
Proverbs 28:13
May we all be shown and receive Your mercy, Father, as our roots grow deeper into You:)
I ask these things in Jesus' name,
Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God Almighty,
Who was, and is, and is to come.

I'm not judging anyone for what they do. I'm just sharing what I've learned through the Good News:

Dear friends, if we deliberately continue sinning after we have received full knowledge of the truth, there is no other sacrifice that will cover these sins. There will be nothing to look forward to but the terrible expectation of God's judgment and the raging fire that will consume his enemies. Anyone who refused to obey the law of Moses was put to death without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. Think how much more terrible the punishment will be for those who have trampled on the Son of God and have treated the blood of the covenant as if it were common and unholy.. Such people have insulted and enraged the Holy Spirit who brings God's mercy to his people. For we know the one who said,
"I will take vengeance,
I will repay those who deserve it."
He also said,
"The Lord will judge his own people."
Hebrews 10:26-30

"but," some say, "our sins serve a good purpose, for people will see God's goodness when he declares us sinners to be innocent. Isn't it unfair, then, for God to punish us?" (that is actually the way some people talk.) Of course not! If God is not just, how is he qualified to judge the world? "But," some might still argue, "how can God judge and condemn me as a sinner if my dishonesty highlights his truthfulness and brings him more glory?" If you allow that kind of thinking, however, you might as well say that the more we sin the better it is! Those who say such things deserve to be condemned, yet some slander me by saying this is what I preach!
Romans 3:5-8

For preaching the Good News is not something I can boast about. I am compelled by God to do it. How terrible for me if I didn't do it!
1 Corinthians 9:16
