“It is not that we think we are qualified to do anything on our own. Our qualification comes from God.” 2 Corinthians 3:5 New Living Testament
I felt God moving me to be a Christian writer.
I knew nothing of writing and little of the internet.
Many times I would try for months on how to do something in frustration with the writing only to fail.
Finally in defeat I called out to Jesus: “Jesus, I know You want me to be a Christian writer but I can not do this.”
It was only when I surrendered that I literally felt the Holy Spirit to guide me in how to correctly do what I was vainly attempting on my own. It would be instantaneous.
It was the same thing with web sites.
I did not know any web sites to publish our works on (The articles are inspired by the Holy Spirit and I add me own thoughts in it so we work together as a team) or how to set up the web page. The Holy Spirit guided me every step of the way.
It took us two years before the articles were truly ready to be published.
"The reason why many are still troubled, still seeking, still making little forward progress is because they haven’t yet come to the end of themselves. We’re still trying to give orders, and interfering with God's work within us." A.W. Tozer
Never take credit for any of your skills and get big headed. They are not of your own doing but a gift from God to use for the glory of His kingdom.
Once we are saved God will reveal to us His purpose to serve Him.
Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it. And God has placed in the church first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healing, of helping, of guidance, and of different kinds of tongues. 1 Corinthians 12:27-28 New International Version
Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Elohim (God our creator) for creating and guiding me to fulfill Your purpose in me to serve in Your glorious kingdom. I give thanks for this wonderful blessing in the name of Jesus Christ, the greatest teacher. Amen.
May you be blessed with Gods divine love, peace and joy.
