Even as Christians we are going to have challenges here on earth, we are going to be faced with trials and circumstances, but we must remember we are living in a world that’s cursed. As a believer one of our greatest benefits is having a God that will fight out fight for us, a lot of the times we try and figure things out our for ourselves, what we must do is roll over our care (troubles, worries) unto God.
Hebrews 4:16 tells us to “come boldly to the throne room of GRACE, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need”. (NKJ) According to Internet Concordance “Abible concordance”, Grace is defined as:
Grace - (1.) Of form or person (Prov. 1:9; 3:22; Ps. 45:2). (2.) Favour, kindness, friendship (Gen. 6:8; 18:3; 19:19; 2 Tim. 1:9). (3.) God's forgiving mercy (Rom. 11:6; Eph. 2:5). (4.) The gospel as distinguished from the law (John 1:17; Rom. 6:14; 1 Pet. 5:12). (5.) Gifts freely bestowed by God; as miracles, prophecy, tongues (Rom. 15:15; 1 Cor. 15:10; Eph. 3:8). (6.) When all hell is breaking loose around us, according to the definition of Grace and according to Hebrews 4:16 we as a believer have a right to go boldly to God and expect his favor, (favor), kindness, forgiving mercy and gifts, why? Because the bible says we can.
There are times in our lives when we try and rush ahead of God’s plan for us, he has a perfect plan to every need that arises, what we do is see in the natural realm instead of having “faith eyes” meaning seeing in the supernatural and waiting on God (Psalm 46:10 and Psalm 40:1)
You may be at a point where the bank is on your door about to repossess your house; you may be seeking a job, maybe your children have walked away from God and got themselves in serious trouble (or even jail time) or your spouse has just left you.
The Bible says in Luke 1:37 “For with God nothing will be impossible”,
And in psalms 118:5-6 states “I called on the Lord in distress;
The Lord answered me and set me in a broad place.
The Lord is on my side; I will not fear
What can man do to me”?
Friends whatever problem you are facing today I want to reassure you that God is bigger, God will never leave you, and he will never forsake you. (Deuteronomy 31:8) Friends if you are carrying any worries roll them over to God, come boldly to the throne of Grace, he’s inviting you.
