“The merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her because no one buys their cargoes anymore— cargoes of gold, silver, precious stones and pearls; fine linen, purple, silk and scarlet cloth; every sort of citron wood, and articles of every kind made of ivory, costly wood, bronze, iron and marble; cargoes of cinnamon and spice, of incense, myrrh and frankincense, of wine and olive oil, of fine flour and wheat; cattle and sheep; horses and carriages; and human beings sold as slaves. Revelation 18:11-13 New International Version
It says that the merchants are going to weep when they sees Babylon fall.
Could this represent the destruction of commercialism?
Today almost all governments are in dept up to their eyeballs to the International Monetary Fund.
Most people are very heavily in debt.
Is it going to reach the breaking point and collapse?
Are you one of her slaves (slaves to materialism)?
Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Adonai (God is sovereign) that I am not a slave to the wicked rulers of Babylon but by Your precious grace am Your beloved child. I give thanks for this wonderful gift in the name of my big brother Jesus Christ. Amen.
May the sweet sunshine of Jesus' precious love bless you today and every day.
