Here's an email letter I sent to my email list when I lived in Hollywood and my good friend David Jacobs responded with some of his thoughts below my letter.

I just learned from a Unitarian sermon printed on the internet that homosexuality is not perverse after all. According to new scientific evidence it is natural and should be integrated into our Christian ethics. We should change our attitudes toward homosexuals and tolerate their different lifestyle.
This teaching is nothing new but this particular minister uses
scientific jargon to justify such depravity and it really boggles the mind.
If the Unity Church errs on such clear Biblical teaching as God's view of the sexes and how we should relate to one another then imagine how far astray they must be on other fundamental doctrines. Personally, I've never studied what this church believes or teaches but I will do a little investigation now.
If any of you happen to know about this church please feel free to share your insights and experience with me.
In Hollywood, CA I've crossed the paths of more homosexuals in any given month than my whole lifetime previous to coming to this SICK CITY! If I were married I would never subject my family to such a perverse milieu.
Pray for the Spirit of God to move mightily in the hearts and minds of the entertainment industry which has an unusually large percentage of this perverse element. Only when men and women are pricked in their heart and convinced that they are truly wicked and have sinned against a holy and just God who will by no means clear the guilty but must punish sin if He is the God of the Bible will sinners be broken and seek forgiveness for violating God's law. He who says he is in the light, as many homosexuals do, but walks contrary to the doctrine of Christ is a liar and deceiver and is not to be counted a Christian. 1 John 1:6-10
Please give me some Biblical or Christian insight as to what your take is on this sermon.
I just discovered that Charles Fillmore is the founder of the Unity church and Norman Vincent Peale was greatly influenced by Fillmore. Peale, of course, promulgated the Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) philosophy that prevails in leadership training and success and motivation seminars around the world.
Read this sermon from a Unitarian minister. No wonder the world is going pell mell toward hell. With junk sermons like this one people are being brainwashed and mislead with unBiblical teaching
designed to lead people astray from the true gospel of our Lord
With warm regards,
From D A Jacobs

Unitarian, as opposed to Trinitarian, their perverse view of sodomy is a result of even more fundamental errors, such as the nature of God and the person and work of Christ. To them, Jesus Christ was and is not Divine, not any more so than any other man, and the Spirit is an impersonal whatever. God is the father of all in essentially the same way, that is, God has no favorites and makes no distinctions.
The Unitarians are usually linked with the Universalists, which it is not hard to ell where they are coming from regarding salvation, and of course the nature of man and of sin. I have heard from a Unitarian that "you can believe anything, whatever you want, and it is okay." Of course, that is not quite true, you can not believe the Bible is the infallible and inerrant Word of God, with God's claims, and be a Unitarian, but of course they don't. That right there is the most fundamental error of all. Once you depart from the Scripture as the arbitrator or judge, judging God, and "determining for yourself good and evil", then those that do have bought into the same lie the serpent sold Eve. The view of Scripture is, therefore, the most fundamental doctrine. Once set aside, even a little, the door is open for anything, and in reality the camel is well on his way into the tent.
