The house represents your heart and the door represents your mind.
A peep hole is like a little window that can be put in your door. When someone knocks on your door you can look through to see who it is.
If it is someone you do not know and does not have identification (like say a policeman) knocks on your door you should not open the door. Many times it is thieves trying to get you to open the door to steal from you and maybe e even kill you. You must be careful.
So too it is with your heart.
You do not open it up to just anybody.
There are so many scammers out there pretending to be Christians. They are Slick Willies that are only out to empty your wallet. You see so many of them on TV and listen to them on the radio. So many times they are cry babying that they need money to keep their programs going or they need money to help the poor. In reality they are using the money to live the live in the lap of luxury.
That is why it is important to do research into what they are saying.
Does their preaching match the Bible?
How do their financial records look?
If they do not want to show you these things avoid them like the plague.
Prayer: Please Jehovah Rabbi (God our teacher) always help me to me wise to beware of the Slick Willies out there so that my time, finances and devotion goes to helping those You direct me to help. I ask this in the name of He who revealed the Pharisees hypocrisy Jesus Christ. Amen.
