Be careful.
“Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” Matthew 7:1-2 New International Version.
This is something that is very important to remember every day and is best recited in the morning to carry it with you all day.
I have seen some men who were very rich. They always thought they were better than the homeless people. I have also seen those same men in the soup kitchen after losing all their money and eating with the same people they made fun of. Then they had to sit there and listen to the homeless people make fun of them.
Remember: There is always someone better.
Do you think you are a superstar basketball player and have that chip on your shoulder and make fun of the other players? Be careful, someone will come along and make you look silly. Do you think you are so much smarter than anybody else in class and always criticize others? Be careful. Someone will come along and make you look stupid.
Prayer: Please Holy Spirit help me to always have a humble heart.I ask this in the name of He who showed us humbleness when He walked the earth Jesus Christ. Amen.
