Have you ever wondered why God does not take you to Heaven as soon as you become a Christian?
It’s because when we become Christians He has plans for us to serve Him here. We serve Him here by serving other, our family, our church and community. God had His plans for us before we were even born.
For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10 New International Version
Now we must be patient because He has to mold us into what He wants us to be to serve Him.
You do not plant a tomato seed today and expect to see tomatoes on a plant tomorrow do you? Then why do you think God is going to send you right away into service?
It took Him fifteen years to mold me from the time I accepted Jesus as my savior to the time I became a writer.
Prayer: Please Jehovah Jireh (God our Provider) bless me with the opportunities to use the gifts You have given me to serve others and by doing this I am serving You.I ask in the name of He who was the greatest servant when He walked the earth Jesus Christ. Amen.
