Appearances can be deceptive.
Those who appear the holiest on the outside are usually the ones that are the darkest on the inside.
When you meet someone who is always critical of other people, criticizing them for the clothes they wear or they type of music they listen to or the way they talk they have much worse sins in their own lives. It doesn’t take much to see there is much worse sin in their lives.
They do this for pride. They like to always make themselves look good by making others look bad.
Try to always carry this around with you: “Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. Matthew 7:1-2 New International Version
Now when they criticize you for say your clothes that doesn’t mean they will be criticized for the same thing. Maybe they will hand in a assignment and when the teacher hands it back to the class, the teacher will single them out in front of everybody and say “This is the sloppiest work I have ever seen. You should be ashamed of yourself.”Oh how low they will be brought.
When that happens do not laugh at them, that is a type of revenge which belongs to God.
Whenever you meet a holier than thou man or woman recite this and ask them what darkness they are hiding in their lives?
Whenever I do that it is like hitting them in the belly with a baseball bat and they leave me alone.
Prayer: Please Jehovah Elohim (The Eternal Creator) create in me a spirit a humble spirit that is not polluted with pride.
I ask this in the name of our Teacher who showed humbleness when we walked this earth Jesus Christ. Amen. May you be blessed with love, peace and joy.
