The atheist sits next to me and smiles
And thinks "you poor young man",
Believing all those Christian lies
You think that you understand.
But I am the one who turns and thinks
"I'm glad that I am not you,
How can you say there's no source of life
Then say that you love the truth.
And you have nothing to motivate you
No reason, inspiration or call,
The only thing you can look forward to
Are the toys you can buy at the mall.
And how can space plus time plus chance
Give you natures perfect order ?,
In making the world believe a vacuum
you lead the sheep to the slaughter.
For chaos doesn't bring balance of all
And we don't have instinct but love,
Your atheism denies common sense
A hard heart will never see God.
