Then Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit to Galilee, and news of Him went out through all the surrounding region. And He taught in their synagogues, being glorified by all. (Luke 4:14-15)
After overcoming temptation, Jesus got back to Galilee. The power of the Spirit was His strength and with this power He performed many miracles and wonders. People knew about His deeds and glorified Him, and the Father.
Christ being our role model, it is logical to think that this has everything to do with us. As Christians, we must live in the power of the Spirit. People should know us by our good deeds and love for others. Our behavior ought to bring glory to Christ and God.
Today I’ll walk in the counsel of the Spirit of God. I will bring glory to God in all I do.
