Seek the Lord as He may be found,
Listen up for hearing His sound;
Then call on Him when He is near,
And show Him that you are sincere.
Let the wicked give up their ways,
So the light will enter their days;
And evil abandon their thoughts,
Of all the possible onslaughts.
No longer let it be ignored,
Let them return onto the Lord;
He will not attempt to condemn,
Rather show compassion to them.
Let them return to our God,
Worshipping to honor and laud;
Because He will freely forgive,
In confessing of their motive.
His thoughts are not always ours,
That we contemplate the hours;
His ways are not always the same,
As to the way what we proclaim.
His thoughts are higher than your views,
Still He gives you the right to choose;
Allowing you to have a choice,
Living to express with your voice.
Rain and snow come down from the sky,
And we should never wonder why;
Since they make all of the crops grow,
So we can eat what farmers sow.
God did not forget you or me,
Just look around and you will see;
Sometimes we just turn our cup,
The wrong way to be downside up.
